filezilla配置ssl证书过程中出现'Failed to load SSL Libraries'、'Cannot create certificate.Failed to initialize SSL library'、'Could not load certificate file: error:02001003:system library:fopen:No such process'

‘Failed to load SSL Libraries’
‘Cannot create certificate.Failed to initialize SSL library’

以上两个问题的解决方法：
1.系统更新
2.卸载干净，然后从官网下载安装最新的版本
3.不要用中文版的filezilla server

‘Could not load certificate file: error:02001003:system library:fopen:No such process (0)’
解决方法：
1.检查证书所在文件夹是否有赋予足够的用户权限
2.以管理员身份运行filezilla server
3.证书的存放路径不要有中文
